"Racing is life.
Everything before or after is just waiting"

This quote made famous by Steve McQueen in the legendary movie "Le Mans" does have a certain swing to it. Racing is extremely fun, rather unsafe and a very effective way to empty your bank account. Weeks upon weeks are spent in the shed, preparing for 40 minutes of action. Following a very simple logic we decided that the before and after races should be more than just waiting, and started to invite friends to races, even when we went abroad. Not only do you get to share the experience, but also a ragtag team of goofers, oddballs and smarty-pants that can change tyres, cook great food and bring more beer. Life is now, why wait?

For 2017 we decided to take the concept of modified waiting to another level and chartered a 1942 Douglas DC-3 to take us from Norway to England for the Goodwood Revival in Chichester. Accompanied by new and old friends we entered the twin engined warhorse to fulfill an old dream - landing on the grass airstrip of Goodwood Aerodrome to enjoy three days of great racing and to root for our buddy Mads Gjerdrum racing his McLaren M1B in a field of Ford GT40´s and Lola T70´s. That is called waiting in style!

For next summer we plan to finish our restoration of the 1972 Masai red Range Rover to go for an extended trip around Norway. Where we go, and how far we get, is part of the adventure. Therefore the expedition is aptly named The Dundas Ad Undas Grand Tour 2018. We hope to meet new friends along the way, and will of course fill the Range Rover boot with spanking new boots for you all to buy. Hope to see you along the way.

Size chart

When purchasing boots, particularly online, it’s a good idea to have all your measurements squared away—the last thing you want are ill-fitting boots that make you miserable! While keeping in mind that the width of the boot last and the volume of the boot are important factors in correctly sizing your boots, figuring out your Mondopoint size is a good first step. It’s easy!

Mondopoint size

  1. Stand on top of a piece paper with your heel against a wall and all of your weight pressed down upon the foot you are measuring.
  2. Then, draw a line at your big toe.
  3. Measure (in centimeters) the length of the paper to the line, and voilà!

That’s your Mondopoint size. You’ll need to measure both feet, as they are seldom the same.

Important

Our measurements are made from inside the boot. Important! For our mountain boots you have to add 10 - 20mm to your measurements to find the size.

Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions!
