Shipping & returns

Our packages are shipped with Posten Bring within Norway. For international shipments, we send our packages with DHL Express. Norwegian orders will usually be delivered within 3-5 working days from the day you receive your shipping confirmation. For international orders, delivery is estimated between 3-7 working days, from the day you receive your shipping confirmation. We do not ship orders on weekends and holidays. Delays may occur during public holidays, sales or other more extreme conditions.
We accept returns and exchanges of unworn boots within 14 days of receiving them, so that you can try them on and see how they fit. If you need to exchange for another size, we keep you at the top of our list and send a paid DHL Express return label. Note: All returns must be shipped with DHL Express with the original way bill to avoid extra tax. Please get in touch with us to ensure this is done correctly.
We do not accept exchanges or returns of worn or damaged boots. Please do not wear the boots on anything but a clean carpet, rug or towel unless you have committed to purchasing that exact pair.
If you are returning your unworn boots for a refund, you must tell us in advance via email within 14 days of receiving them. We will send you a paid DHL return label to attach to the box. Once we receive the boots, we will refund your payment, with cost of the return shipping label deducted from the refund. If you would prefer to return the boots without using a return label we send, please contact us for the appropriate mailing address (it's a different address for different shipping methods). In this case, please note that we cannot be held responsible for damaged or lost packages - and you MUST use a service that uses a tracking number. We recommend purchasing insurance as well.
The displayed prices on our webshop include the Norwegian value added tax of 25%.
For customers who live outside Norway, the Norwegian VAT will be deducted at checkout.
Customers outside of Norway will have to pay taxes, duty and brokerage fees when receiving the merchandise. As tax and duties differs between countries and states we can not calculate exact amounts as these charges are imposed directly by your local customs. These charges are at your own expense.
If unsure, don’t hesitate to get in touch and we will help you with a rough idea of the total costs for your order.

Size chart
When purchasing boots, particularly online, it’s a good idea to have all your measurements squared away—the last thing you want are ill-fitting boots that makes you miserable! While keeping in mind that the width of the boot last and the volume of the boot are important factors in correctly sizing your boots, figuring out your Mondopoint size is a good first step.
It’s easy! Stand on top of a piece paper with your heel against a wall and all of your weight pressed down upon the foot you are measuring. Then, draw a line at your big toe. Measure (in centimeters) the length of the paper to the line, and voilà! That’s your Mondopoint size. You’ll need to measure both feet, as they seldom are equal.
Our measurements are made from inside the boot so you have to add 10 - 20mm to your measurements to find the size.

Choosing the right size for your long lasting friendship is essential to get the experience. Below presented the different sizes for the different product categories.
